At the moment I’m finding myself a little short on time in the evening, so I’ve been relying on quick and easy recipes which will get a tasty dinner on the table fast. In these situations, I usually look to rice – it’s easy to cook, versatile, and makes a great starting-point for a healthy and satisfying dish.

    I’m not a big rice fan, but I think it’s because I haven’t taken the time to make anything interesting with it! You’ve given me food for though (pun sort of intended!).

    I don’t really make rice too often, but after looking at these dishes I decided that it needs to change! Especially for that healthy fried rice… mmmmm :D

    I like to cook rice dishes and yours look great, there’s two rice dishes I make that you can add to your repertoire they are Nasi goreng the national dish of Indonesia and Korean rice with fried minced beef and pickled Chinese cabbage ( kimichi ) with a lightly fried egg on top ,both are spicy but very tasty and can easily adjusted to suit your taste.
