I absolutely love nut butters and nuts so I thought I’d share some of my favourite ways to enjoy their goodness!


As a porridge mix-in…

courgette porridge

    I am totally on your side, nut butters and nuts are awesome! I love adding peanuts and walnuts to my oats, yogurt or cereal. I also love to bake with them or just eat a handful during the day. :) I’ve never put them in salads but must try that soon! :D
    My favorite nuts are peanuts, walnuts and pecans. I also love pistachios! :D My favorite nut butter is peanut butter!

    I’m nuts about nuts as well-except hazelnuts and pistachios, which I’m allergic to.
    but I digress….
    They’re fun in a bowl of cereal for an added crunch, and I most love pairing them with dried fruit. or whizzing them up into nut butter.
    this evening I made pecan butter and almond butter. So much fun and so easy to customize.

    YUM!! I love the combination of your salad and granola! Everything looks so healthy! The toppings on the salad make it look very flavorful. I’m excited to try these meals!
